This site is operated by Abigail Marín, an independent personal trainer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what is done with it. The wording is plain on purpose — there is no marketing department here.
What is collected
Two pieces of information are collected through this site:
- Lead-magnet form submissions.When you request the free PDF ("5 strength moves every desk-bound professional should master"), the form asks for your first name and email address. Nothing else.
- Inbound contact. If you call or email the phone number and address listed on the site, your contact details and the content of your message are stored in standard phone and email apps, the same way any small business would handle them.
How the email tool works
The lead-magnet form is wired to Resend, a transactional email service. Resend is used solely to deliver the PDF you requested and a short confirmation. Your email address sits in Resend's system as a sending log entry and in a private contact list — it is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for unrelated marketing. Resend's own privacy practices are published on their website.
How the information is used
- To send you the PDF you asked for.
- To follow up if you reach out about training.
- Occasionally, to send a short note about availability or a new resource — never more than a handful of times a year, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
What is not done
- No third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or data brokers.
- No selling or renting of your information, ever.
- No automated profiling or AI training on your contact details.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, and the rough country/region of visitors. GA4 does not store full IP addresses, and no advertising or remarketing features are enabled here. The site also uses the minimum cookies required for the Calendly booking widget to function when you open it. There is no Facebook pixel, no session-recording software, and no third-party advertising trackers.
If you’d prefer not to be counted, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block analytics scripts with an extension like uBlock Origin.
Your choices
You can ask for your name and email to be deleted at any time by emailing [email protected]. Removal happens within a few days; it's a small operation, not a ticket queue.
Children
This site is for adults seeking personal training services. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
