A certified personal trainer with 9+ years of experience helping busy professionals and moms build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. My fitness journey started after struggling with my own weight and PCOS, when my mom helped me take the first step by getting me a gym membership and nutrition support. After transforming both physically and mentally, I fell in love with fitness and eventually hired my own coach, which inspired me to become a trainer myself.
As an NPC competitor, I also experienced an unhealthy relationship with food and struggled with binge eating. Through my journey, I learned how to create balance — enjoying the foods I love while still staying in shape and feeling my best.
Today, my passion is helping others gain confidence, improve their health, increase their energy, and create realistic fitness habits that fit into busy schedules and everyday life. I train in-person in Fort Lauderdale, with virtual coaching for travel weeks.
